LOGCELL

The Strategic Advantage of Defence Manufacturing

Europe’s defence readiness depends not only on technology, but also on the ability to produce it under pressure. LOGCELL establishes a new industrial layer designed for decentralized, scalable and resilient production. It empowers European forces to manufacture and sustain unmanned systems independently, even in disrupted environments.

By bringing production closer to the point of need, LOGCELL reduces vulnerability and increases autonomy. It represents a decisive step toward sovereign, frontline-ready defence infrastructure.

GET IN TOUCH

From Factory to Frontline

LOGCELL is Kronberg Defence’s flagship product — a decentralized, semi-autonomous drone factory designed to bring industrial-scale drone production directly to the point of need. By transforming manufacturing from a centralized, fragile supply chain into a mobile, modular, frontline-ready capability.

LOGCELL enables European forces to produce, deploy and sustain unmanned systems at the speed and scale required by high-intensity conflicts - producing up to 43 800 fully mission-ready drones per cell annually, exactly where they are needed.

Disruptiv

Operational in under one hour from arrival — no permanent infrastructure required.

Scalable

Modular architecture enables horizontal scaling from a single unit to factory clusters.

Resilient

Designed for contested environments and high-attrition operations.

Sovereign

Designed, built and secured entirely in Europe - operational near the frontline.

A Pan-European Network of LOGCELLs

Kronberg Defence is building Europe’s first decentralized drone manufacturing network — a connected system of hundreds of LOGCELLs, distributed across the continent and operating as one intelligent industrial organism. Each LOGCELL functions as a fully autonomous production unit. Together, they form a pan-European manufacturing network that can scale instantly, adapt continuously and operate without a central point of failure.

AI-Orchestrated Manufacturing at Continental Scale.

All LOGCELLs are connected through a secure, defence-grade AI platform that coordinates production across the entire network.

The AI system:
dynamically allocates production loads across regions
balances capacity based on demand, attrition and urgency
synchronizes configurations, updates and quality standards
integrates real-time operational feedback into manufacturing
ensures uninterrupted output even if individual nodes go offline

The result is a self-optimizing, resilient production network — capable of manufacturing drones at unprecedented speed and scale.

A network that builds.

A system that adapts.

An industry without a center.

MULTI-DRONE PRODUCTION PLATFORM

Kronberg Defence has designed LOGCELL as a multi-platform manufacturing system, not a single-drone factory. At launch, LOGCELL is configured to produce four proprietary drone types developed by Kronberg Defence, covering key mission profiles such as:

Autonomus Defence

Tactical FPV

Logistics and support missions

Reconnaissance and ISR

These drone types are optimized for high-volume, rapid production within the LOGCELL architecture.
Importantly: LOGCELL is not limited to Kronberg platforms.

OPEN ARCHITECTURE

LOGCELL is designed from the ground up as an open, extensible and future-proof production system, not a single-purpose factory. Its modular architecture allows new capabilities, drone types and manufacturing processes to be integrated continuously as operational needs evolve. The plattform is deliberately architected to support third-party and allied drone designs, enabling rapid adaptation to national requirements, coalition standards and mission-specific configurations.

Future-Proof Flexibility

National Compatibility

INTEGRATED TESTING & VALIDATION

Every LOGCELL integrates end-to-end testing and validation as a core capability. This ensures that every drone leaving a LOGCELL is fully mission-ready — not just assembled, but tested, validated and operational.

Automated functional testing

Electronics and sensor validation

Calibration of navigation, communication and payload systems

AI-driven quality control and predictive maintenance
